Having  purchased a home myself, I am well aware of the issues home buyers are confronted with when looking for a home. I have worked in the commercial construction field for 40 years, working my way up to project manager. I led the construction of hotels, hospitals, office buildings, schools, churches, and renovations of various aged structures and residential communities. I've learned to look at the details of structures with the knowledge of how the components work together, a tool I use in inspections. My goal is to take time to get know and understand my client's needs and concerns to assist with a successful home buying experience.

Every home is unique. That’s why we provide a thorough emailed report following the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. I invite home buyers to be present during the home inspection so I can explain detailed observations and concerns, and answer any questions our customers have. We provide water sampling and testing services, radon testing, and will soon be expanding to include thermal imaging and sewer drain video services.
